This is a beautiful carving board with nice deep wells for catching juices. With care, I suspect it will last a lifetime. It is big enough to handle a large prime rib, or a 20-pound turkey. It has a nice heft and balance, and the wood itself is lovely. I like mine so well I am buying another for my daughter.
